1. What these terms cover

fanmake.ai is operated by RET KOREA CO.,LTD., a company based in the Republic of Korea. These terms apply to your use of the fanmake.ai website, to the app opening sign-up, and to your use of the Fanmake app.

Purchases of the Fanmake Handbook are governed by the Handbook purchase terms at fanmake.ai/tutorials/terms. Features that are opened by a separate review or a one-time unlock may have additional terms, which are shown to you before you unlock them. Where those terms or the purchase terms differ from these, they apply to that feature or purchase.

2. App opening sign-up

Signing up for the opening notice is free. It is not a purchase, a subscription or a contract for service. We use it to email you when the app opens.

Signing up does not reserve a price, a plan or a feature. The app is planned to open in November 2026; this is a target and may change. Plans and prices are published when the app opens.

You must be 18 or older to sign up. Please give accurate information and sign up for yourself or for an organization you are authorized to represent.

3. Information on this website

This website describes an app that has not opened yet. Features open in stages, some require a separate review or a one-time unlock, and connections to third-party platforms depend on each platform’s approval. Descriptions here are not a promise that a particular feature will be available to you on a particular date.

This website may include AI-generated images of virtual characters. They do not depict real people.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use this website unlawfully, submit false sign-ups or sign up in someone else’s name without permission, attempt to access areas or data you are not authorized to access, interfere with or overload the website, or collect its content by automated means for republication.

We may remove a sign-up, or block access, where these terms are not followed.

5. Intellectual property

The text, design, images, logos and software of this website belong to RET KOREA CO.,LTD. or its licensors. You may view the website for your own use. You may not copy, republish or resell its content without written permission. Names of third-party platforms belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

6. Links and third-party services

This website links to services we do not control, such as social platforms and our payment and email providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

7. Disclaimer and liability

This website is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from the app opening later than planned or with different features. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy at fanmake.ai/privacy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are brought before the court that has jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. This does not remove protections you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page with a new date. Changes apply from the date posted and are not applied retroactively.
